When the shuffling masses of the zombie horde come for you, isn’t it a comfort to know that Mr. Blonde will be in your corner? Verdi-Corrente Productions certainly think so, as Variety reports that the company has signed Michael Madsen to star in their upcoming film INFECTED. This will be the 2nd Verdi-Corrente project for Mr. Madsen.
INFECTED centers on a father and son who have to fight to survive against a deadly, rapidly spreading blood virus. It is helmed by Glenn Ciano, who is currently directing INKUBUS, now in post-production and also being produced by Verdi-Corrente. INFECTED is set to begin filming in October of this year.
