NBC has picked up the rights to a one-hour television script about a team of cops on the trail of supernatural criminals like vampires and zombies. The untitled script (has anyone considered “Law & Gore-der”?) is intended to launch a series, which sounds as though it will resemble THE X-FILES and/or BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER. Project is the brainchild of John Stephens, who has served as a writer, director, and executive producer for THE O.C.
