Just in time for Halloween, Sony Pictures Home Entertainment is releasing over twenty titles under the banner “Horror Unleashed.” Although most of the films have been previously available on DVD or Blu-ray, the new releases include $10 in “movie cash,” which you can use to offset the cost of a ticket to see ZOMBIELAND when it opens nationwide on October 2.
Horror Unleashed includes two newly available titles: NIGHT OF THE CREEPS, which arrives on DVD and Blu-ray on October 27, and DARK COUNTRY, which arrives on DVD on October 6. Other titles, most of which are already in stores, include GHOSTBUSTERS, which arrive this summer in a brand-new Blu-ray edition, including numerous bonus features not available on previous DVD releases, such as “Slimer Mode,” which presents graphics, text, and interview clips in the corner of the frame, providing behind-the-scenes information and trivia while you view the film.
