Warner Brothers releases this sequel to 2001’s CATS AND DOGS – which was a bit of a dud, despite what sounded like a sure-fire premise for a fun, family-friendly fantasy-comedy. This time out, Bette Midler, Chris O’Donnell, Michael Clarke Duncan, Alec Baldwin, and Paul Rodriguez star for director Brad Petyon, working from a script by Ron J. Friedman & Steve Bencich. This time the plot involves a temporary truce between fueding canines and felines, who team up to stop a rogue cat with plans for world domination. In 3d. Release date: July 30.
